We only work with manuscript images that are linked to a unique ID provided by the library. We first arrange all images in the correct page order and identify all pages that provide cataloguing data. After carefully reading the manuscript, we capture all relevant metadata about the manuscript. Click here to see our process flow diagram.

Our catalogue entries, made in Sanskrit and English, are straightforward and easy to understand. Each of our editor, makes a number of judgements for each manuscript. Such judgements are reviewed by two peers before you get to see the results.
